Less manual work between your systems.

I help companies connect systems and simplify recurring workflows with integrations, automation, and AI where it adds value.

  • Sigfrid Systems — engineering business area

  • Automation, integrations, and software close to how the business works.

  • An operation within Sigfrid Systems.

You work directly with me, Ludvig Aldén, from the first assessment through development and handover. We start with a bounded problem and agree on a clear first step before you commit to a larger investment.

The work is done remotely, with short online meetings when they are needed. A short written description is enough to begin.

When the same tasks must be handled again and again

  1. Information stuck between systems.

I examine how data can move between your existing systems and be verified there, without an unnecessary platform replacement.

  2. Email and documents that need someone to process them by hand.

I build bounded flows that structure the input, check the details, and route uncertain cases to human review.

  3. Internal tools that do not exist.

When a recurring task is not covered by existing tools, I can build a smaller solution for that task.

If an off-the-shelf feature already solves the need, that is an option to try before custom development.

A clear first step. Then a new decision.

  1. First: a short check-in about the need.

Describe the process, the systems, and what you want to change. I assess whether the question fits my competence. We can normally start with this in the first contact.

  2. Then: a bounded delivery.

When there are significant uncertainties, I propose a paid test or feasibility study with a fixed scope. You get a basis you can use even if you do not order continued development.

  3. Further development is decided separately.

If the solution makes sense, we agree on implementation, acceptance tests, responsibilities, and handover. Nothing moves to production without an agreed approval.

Verification sprint for a bounded workflow

A technical test and a decision basis for one process and one defined uncertainty. You learn what has been verified, which limitations remain, and what a next step would need to cover.

Production deployment and full integration are not included. If your question needs a different scope, you receive a separate price before ordering.

Ask whether your process fits.

You should be able to understand, review, and take over what is built.

Before development starts, we agree on scope, what counts as an approved delivery, and what input you need to provide.

I document test results, key technical decisions, and known limitations. During the engagement you get written status with what is done, the next step, and the decisions needed from you.

Data access, external services, and any AI processing are decided before information is used. Accounts, code, licenses, operational responsibility, and handover are governed in the engagement, so you know what you control and what another developer needs to take over.

You work directly with me.

My name is Ludvig Aldén and I run Sigfrid Systems. I am a senior full-stack engineer. I studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Uppsala University.

In the engineering business area I combine technical development with analysis of workflows, costs, and practical trade-offs. You have direct contact with the person who both examines the problem and builds the solution.

Frequently asked questions

We do not yet have any completed customer engagements to present as references. The experience I refer to is my personal experience, not the company's customer cases. That is why I show a technical work sample and how the delivery is documented. A first engagement is scoped so you can assess the work before you decide on a larger continuation.

Describe a work task you want to change.
Write which systems are involved, what is done manually, and roughly how often it happens. A short description is enough to begin.
